Randall of Hightower was admitted to the Order of the Laurel in the West on January 8, 1971, at the West Kingdom’s 12th Night & Coronation by King Jean and Queen Ellen.
Master Randall served for many years in the Society College of Heralds.
He passed away on December 31, 1987.
